Business Development Manager

Profile: B2BSki seeks an experienced business development manager to drive our B2B initiative and grow our sales through global ski partners. The successful candidate will have a strong and demonstrable track record in achieving sales targets from new and base customers particularly in an indirect, partner led environment. You will also be ambitious, competitive, confident, self reliant, results oriented and credible at senior management level.

Reports to: CEO

Location: Dublin 15, Ireland (with regular overseas travel)

Salary range: €70-90k plus variable comp plan and benefits.

Objectives:
  • Deliver seasonal revenue and passenger targets.
  • Build revenue in key global target markets.
  • Recruit new business partners.
  • Expand and develop partner network to deliver sustained future revenue streams.
Required skills, expertise and experience:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management.
  • Selling experience in UK online leisure travel industry. While not mandatory, experience of larger companies selling ski holidays in the UK, Continental European and US markets would be an advantage.
  • Ability to manage a diverse set of partner accounts via an account management team.
  • Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and presentation.
  • People management skills.
